Reindeer Gossip
Hey Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen
Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen
My Christmas sleigh’s in need of fixing
It seems my bum no longer fits in
I know I’ve not been exercising
Jumping stars to keep my thighs thin
But jogging round the North Pole’s tiring
Push ups are so uninspiring
And why aren’t sprouts more appetising
Why are doughnuts tantalising
And every cabbage leaf I’d savour
If they came in chocolate flavour
So anyway, I am imploring
I might need help to get us soaring
He says the same thing every year
Dasher whispers to the deer
I know sighs Dancer, Prancer, Vixen
And every year who does the fixing?
It’s true moans Blitzen, Comet, Donner
I know to fly him is an honour
But who spends all their year in training?
It should be all of us complaining!
So what says Cupid, saddened clearly
Remember that we love him deerly
All eight agreed to stop their moaning
Down the gym did weights and toning
They treadmill sped, their hooves unquiet
To compensate for Santa’s diet
